Herwoodfest

Herwoodfest is an exceptional one-day festival tailored exclusively for teenagers, and it comes at no cost. What sets Herwoodfest apart is its distinctive feature: it is entirely orchestrated by a dedicated group of volunteer teenagers, with the valued support of the City of Tampere. The event promises a delightful fusion of outstanding musical performances and a variety of entertaining activities.

Established by a group of enterprising teenagers in 2016, Herwoodfest has since cemented its place in the hearts of Hervanta’s youth.

In my role as a founder and project group member, my responsibilities encompassed comprehensive event marketing and communications. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in cultivating partnerships and negotiating with artists.
